Coreco hires Morrey from John Charcol

Coreco has hired Nick Morrey as Technical Sales Manager to manage his team of brokers.

The firm says Morrey will be responsible for growing its team of brokers in London, at its new office in Southend and across the country.

He adds that the new technical sales manager “will help provide technical assistance to brokers, nurture new entrants and help lender relationships which are more important than ever.”

Morrey joins rival broker John Charcol where he was technical product director.

Coreco Managing Director Andrew Montlake said: “It is very difficult to acquire someone of Nick’s pedigree in the industry and Nick not only has a wealth of experience gained over many years, but is highly respected by our lending partners and the industry as a whole. .”

He will be invaluable to all of our brokers, new and experienced, as well as to me personally. This will allow me to advance our overall strategy and the exciting plans we have in store for Coreco.

We already have a well-respected brand and our Coreco family is full of great talent, but we want to establish ourselves as the best brokerage that talented people from all walks of life aspire to work for.

Nick is one of the many pieces of the puzzle we’ve been looking for and I’m sure there will be more exciting announcements in the near future as we complete our structural changes.

by Coreco Morrey adds: “Coreco is a great company with a great reputation. Mortgages and customer service are at the heart of their DNA, and I look forward to being part of future projects. »
