Danske Bank joins the LMS panel Link

Danske Bank UK will join the partnership of LMS Panel Link members.

This decision will allow the bank to access a panel of conveyancing companies that meet its requirements.

The lender’s customers in England and Wales will also have access to fee-assisted mortgage products through LMS.

The panel link provider says the two services help secure payment and speed up home buying and remortgage transactions. The addition of Danske Bank brings the number of lenders on the LMS panel to 30.

Earlier this week, Danske Bank announced it would enter the main UK market offering its carbon neutral mortgage for residential homes in the South East, South West and East of England, exception of London, initially through brokers registered with the Mortgage Advice Bureau.

This decision follows the successful launch of the product in Northern Ireland last year.

LMS Managing Director Nick Chadbourne said: “We are delighted that Danske Bank has chosen LMS to further launch into the UK market and we are delighted to further strengthen our position in this market.”

Patrick Mullan, Head of UK Mortgages at Danske Bank UK, adds: “We are already a market leader in Northern Ireland and have a significant presence in the mortgage intermediary market there, so it is a natural step for us to bring this expertise and capacity to the benefit of consumers. In England.

“LMS offers a solution that provides increased satisfaction for our customers and additional peace of mind for our borrowers when buying or paying off a home.”
