HTB appoints Daly as General Manager of Specialty Mortgage Division


Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) has appointed Chris Daly as managing director of its specialist mortgage lending division.

Most recently, Daly held the position of Head of Origination and Real Estate Finance at Secure Trust Bank, lead the formation and development of the Midlands and South creative team.

Prior to that, he worked as a relationship manager and member of the real estate finance team at Metro Bank.

He also spent four years with Lloyds Banking Group in various banking roles.

In his new role, Daly will be responsible for driving the business forward.

He replaces Louisa Sedgwick, who remains as managing director and member of the commercial management team, responsible for developing the bank’s offer.

Commenting on his new role, Daly said: “I am very much looking forward to leading HTB’s specialist mortgage business and achieving the ambitious targets in place for 2023 and beyond. »
