Mortgage Magic launches online chat between brokers and clients

Mortgage Magic has launched an online chat feature that allows brokers to contact clients on its digital platform.

The company says its platform can automatically create a chat group – through its customer relationship management system – that includes customers, the mortgage advisor and mortgage administrators working on individual cases, “which makes it easier to maintain open communication throughout the counseling and application process.”

Its cloud-based platform includes an integrated CRM system, electronic identity verification, direct messaging and UK-based secure document storage that is EU General Data Protection Regulation compliant.

This allows brokers to perform a range of tasks including sourcing, conveyancing, general insurance and protection, the company says.

Mortgage Magic Director, Tanjir Sugar, says, “We are continually working to improve the Mortgage Magic platform to ensure it provides brokers with a single, comprehensive solution for managing their business.

“Online chat can provide a quick and easy way to process inquiries throughout the advice and application process and by including mortgage administrators as well as advisors, Mortgage Magic makes sure everyone is kept aware.

In August, the company launched its Prometheus back-office system for brokers, which it said was at the time a “collaboration between a group of independent financial advisers, mortgage advisers and technology experts , who worked together to design a smart mortgage platform for the industry.” ”.
