OSB Group Creates High Net Worth Team

OSB Group is set to create a high net worth client management team across its lending brands.

Simon Cockerill, head of intermediate sales development, will lead the team that will work on all of the group’s brands; Precise Mortgages, Kent Reliance for Intermediaries and InterBay.

Marc Callaghan, who left OSB Group to join Shawbrook in 2020, has returned as Senior High Net Worth Account Manager with Krissy Salmon, who returns from maternity leave next month, taking the title of High Net Worth Account Manager.

The BSF says the new team will conduct ongoing reviews with brokers and their clients to ensure they are getting the most out of their relationship with the lender and their changing borrowing needs.

Cockeril says: “Having worked with Krissy and Marc before, we are all very excited to be creating this division. The new team will be reaching out to brokers from April to ensure we can help them support their clients with any new borrowing or maintain their activity.

“It also means we can help review requirements and the best options for clients with their brokers. It’s a collaborative approach that keeps the broker at the epicenter of the relationship, coupled with our lending products and expert industry knowledge.

Last month, OSB Group announced that it would combine the sales teams of Precise Mortgages and Kent Reliance for Intermediaries to create a team of 16 BDMs.
