Pivotal Growth acquires The Loan Partnership


Pivotal Growth has agreed to acquire The Loan Partnership, subject to Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) approval.

Established in 2013 by John Webb and Andy Pelley, the Loan Partnership is a specialist mortgage broker based in Hemel Hempstead.

The Company is focused on providing mortgage advice for second mortgage loans and bridge financing.

The acquisition expands Pivotal’s capabilities in the specialty secondary brokerage and bridge financing markets.

According to Pivotal, the group is currently in discussions with other potential opportunities that will leverage its product line and geographic presence.
