UTB integrates Hometrack AVM into the relay broker portal

United Trust Bank (UTB) has integrated Hometrack AVM (Automated Valuation Model) research into its relay broker portal.

AVM is now available for new rapid transition and standard applications.

The service enhancement allows brokers submitting Inquiries and Policy Decisions (Dips) through the Bridge Broker Portal to perform a 24-hour Hometrack AVM search and get an instant pass / fail indication and a precise assessment when submitting the request to UTB. .

UTB believes the improvement is an industry first, with no other bridge lender currently offering AVM integration into online portals.

United Trust Bank Bridging Director Gavin Diamond says: “By integrating Hometrack AVM research into UTB’s Transition Broker Portal, brokers can very quickly see if the property valuation is going to support the application they are doing, allowing them to proceed quickly or rethink their options. We believe this latest improvement, especially when combined with our Fast-Track service, provides an unbeatable request, decision and finalization process with offers made within 24 hours and funds available for a draw within days. later.
